Well, i called to check on app, was told a decision was just made and sent back to local office. I logged in the ssa site still no decision, also because of others saying check the benefit letter...

If this is your initial appeal, realize the odds are against you and hope for the best but plan for the worst. If you end up being denied, try not to take it personally or as proof you have no chance....

No init claim. If denied does that come from dds or ssa, also if approved would dds say i would get letter from ssa in 7 days? Nervous for sure, was thinking i would not gt approved but i was hoping...

Sorry, meant initial claim. State DDS approves/denies claims at this level. You can't conclude anything, good or bad, from the time frame.
